Default Best book on realtionships I have EVER read!

Are you the one for me?
    by Barbara DeAngelis, Ph.D

I have had this book for a long time and of all the relationship/breakup self help books I have read - I always come back to read this one again. It just makes sense and the first time I read it really did change my whole perspective on things. It's all about why we choose the people we do and who is right and wrong for us. About breaking old patterns and forging new paths.

I have recommended it to many of my friends who always say the same thing - it helped them A LOT. So, I wanted to pass the info on to all my fellow LLers. It is for men and women, singles, people in a relationship or thinking of getting out of one or into one.

    Default Thank you

Thanks Frang, it's always nice to have people recommend something they've read or found useful, of course only if it's not a sales pitch! ;)

No sales pitch. Just something I wanted to share.

    Just for information:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbara_De_Angelis

It states she has been married 5 times and one of those times was to John Gray (author of Men are from Mars Women are from Venus).

I guess she is still learning about love as well.

Goodness! Five times? Forgive me, but I'm not sure I can really "trust" her advice...

Then again, we're all still learning....

Well, I don't deem to know how well she is or isn't doing in this marriage. However if she wrote her books after her 5th marriage, then we'd be getting the benefit of all her "mistakes". Of course I don't know if that is the case or not, and to be honest, I am not bothered enough to try and find out! I would judge any information/advice on the quality & quantity of common sense and psychological knowledge/understanding it showed and not much else.
